Client: WeCP – AI-Powered Talent Assessment Platform

I designed and developed a high-converting, fully responsive website for WeCP (We Create Problems)—a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS platform that empowers global tech companies to source, assess, and hire top tech talent at scale. The goal was to create a modern, performance-optimized site that speaks directly to B2B decision-makers and enterprise HR leaders.

Key Objectives:
  • Position WeCP as a premium B2B SaaS product in the competitive talent-tech and HR tech market.
  • Showcase the power of WeCP’s proprietary AI engine that automatically generates and grades technical assessments across 2,000+ skills.
  • Drive lead generation through strategically placed CTAs, demo booking funnels, and SaaS onboarding sequences.
  • Ensure mobile-first responsiveness, fast load speed, and intuitive navigation across all devices.
  • Align design with SaaS UI/UX best practices to improve activation and conversion metrics.

    My Role & Responsibilities:
  • Strategic UX Architecture: I mapped user flows based on SaaS buyer psychology, aligning decision journeys for enterprise HR, CTOs, and recruiters.
  • UI/Visual Design: Delivered a sleek, modern interface using a bold, clean design language that balances trust and innovation.
  • Conversion Optimization: Integrated high-impact sections like AI-explainer animations, comparison charts, proof points, and contextual CTAs.
  • Tech Stack Integration: Designed with flexibility for Webflow and React frameworks; ensured seamless integration with HubSpot, Calendly, and product tour tools.
  • Responsive Frontend Implementation: Ensured pixel-perfect adaptability across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
